We currently offer free pickup at our Studios located in Esch-sur-Alzette / Luxembourg. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 2-4 days. If your placed your order after business hours, your order will be prepared the following day.
Please bear in mind that these times are for the shipment by the carrier. These do not take into account customs delays in certain countries which may slow these times down. This is unfortunately out of our control and we cannot be held liable for any delays due to customs or extenuating circumstances such as bad weather etc.
Please allow an extra couple of days for shipping during busy periods such as sales or public holidays.

We collect data from across our supply chain to better assess and reduce our environmental impact. With regard to waste water, all our partner factories are equipped with effluent treatment plants which eliminate the toxic substances present in the water and thus allow its reuse.
