Every pair is customized to order. This is a customization art SERVICE. This cost includes a sourcing fee, for the base pair in size ordered. Please note the processing time, as this sneaker is finished to order and is not delivered immediately. The product is made for casual wearing and should not be scratched. Order process times

our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Local pickup

We currently offer free pickup at our Studios located in Esch-sur-Alzette / Luxembourg. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 2-4 days. If your placed your order after business hours, your order will be prepared the following day.

Please bear in mind that these times are for the shipment by the carrier. These do not take into account customs delays in certain countries which may slow these times down. This is unfortunately out of our control and we cannot be held liable for any delays due to customs or extenuating circumstances such as bad weather etc.

Please allow an extra couple of days for shipping during busy periods such as sales or public holidays.

*Exceptions Certain types of items like perishable goods; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Will only be shipped out after fulfillment as specified on the products description.

Import Tax: Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be responsible for.
